Our displacement heads have the cone attack angle adjusted in such a way that the horizontal component of the vertical force, which presses the head against the soil, displaces as much material as possible towards the side of the pile. This reduces the amount of material going back into the section with CFA flights, which significantly speeds up the piling process, as well as reduces the wear of the head. The expanding, stabilizing and returning parts are protected with plates with high-chromium 820 HV surfacing welds. The flights are also protected at the edge with plates welded in such a way so that they can be replaced when worn.
